Your inner voice is to help you succeed in life, not to stop you from achieving your goals. If you want to succeed, if you want to move from where you are to where you want to be, you have to connect with your inner voice. Your inner voice is your friend, not your enemy.

Your inner voice is to help you, not to hurt you. Don’t accept negative affirmations from your inner voice. If your inner critic is pushing you to settle for less, reject it. If your inner critic is telling you thousands of things that you cannot do, reject them. Don’t accept them. Don’t allow them to be your reality.

No matter what your inner critic is telling you, don’t let it stop you from moving forward. Don’t let your inner critic tell you that you are not good enough, that you are lazy, that you are not beautiful, that you are a loser, or that you can never amount to anything in life.

Listen to the voice that is telling you how beautiful you are, how good you are, how intelligent you are, how smart you are, how tall you are, how healthy you are. Embrace this voice, celebrate this voice, and love this voice.

When you listen to your healthy inner voice, your self-worth, your confidence, your self-esteem will go up. But if you spend your time listening to your unhealthy inner voice, your self-worth, your confidence, your self-esteem will suffer. If you want to protect yourself, your health, your life, and your relationships from going down, listen to your healthy inner voice.

According to Buddha, “Peace comes from ; do not seek it without.” To live a healthier, happier life, listen to your healthy inner voice.

4 Critical Things You Should Know About Failure, And Why?

What is failure? Do we really understand what failure is?

Failure, according to B. F. Skinner, “A failure is not always a mistake, it may simply be the best one can do under the circumstances. The real mistake is to stop trying.” When you fail at something, you are not a failure. You are just trying to find a better way to do something. The real failure is when you stop trying, when you give up, when you call yourself a failure.

People are not living their lives because they don’t want to fail. They don’t want to embarrass themselves. People fail in life because they set unrealistic goals for themselves. They want to be perfect at what they do. But, the reality is, you cannot be perfect at everything that you do.

People don’t want to fail because it hurts. According to Napoleon Hill, “… failure breaks down one’s morale, destroys self-confidence, subdue enthusiasm, dulls imagination, and drives away definiteness of purpose.”

Here are four things you should know about failure, and how to embrace them:

Failure leads to success. The road to success is through the iron gate of failure. When you fail at something, check what happened, think how you can make it better, learn from it, and move on. You cannot get to success without multiple failures. If you want to succeed, love to fail. Learn to fail, and fail well.

Failure is an opportunity to grow. According to Napoleon Hill, “Failure is a blessing in disguise. There is a solution to every legitimate problem, no matter how difficult the problem may seem.” When you fail, take it as an opportunity to learn more about it. Failure is not a weakness, it is a strength.

Failure is a temporary defeat. Failure is not a permanent thing unless you make it so. Failure is a part of the journey to finding true success. If you don’t fail, you cannot learn. You learn by failing.

Failure is not real. Failure is not real if learn from it. It is real if you fail to learn something new from your mistakes. Sometimes, what we call failure is not really failure, but a temporary stop. If you want to succeed, make your failures temporary, not permanent.

Failure is not the end of life, it is the beginning of life. It is the beginning of success, growth, and happiness.

How To Move From Where You Are To Where You Want To Be

Do you know where you want to be? Do you know how to get there? Are you ready to start moving (if you are not already moving)?

Before you make any move to change your life, to change your career, to change your relationships with people, you MUST know why you are doing it. You must know why you are making the change that you are making. You must know where you are going to and how to get there.

It is important to know where you are going to, because if you don’t know where you are going to, people will not know how to follow you. In order to that, you must prepare. You must be ready to go all the way to the end. It is one thing to know where you are going, and it is another to go all the way to the end without giving up. John Pierport said, “The first step towards getting somewhere is to decide that you are not going to stay where you are.” It is okay to stay where you are if you have nothing to lose. But if you have something important to lose, like time and growth, it is not okay to stay where you are.

If you want to grow in life, staying in the same place is not the answer. Unless you are getting what you want. Unless you are happy to stay there forever. If not, you must keep asking the right questions. You must keep going. You must not be satisfied with the status quo. If you do, you will have yourself to blame.

Once you have made the decision to change your situation, do not give up. It is not going to be easy, but you can do it. Don’t listen to people who are not supporting your journey. You are going to be questioning yourself, but keep going. You are going to be doubting yourself, but keep going. Focus on the results. Focus on what you will get when you finally made it to the finish line. In other words, focus on the rewards.

You can do it if you believe you can. You can’t do it if you believe you can’t. I believe you can, and you will.
