“Every sweet has its sour; every evil its good.”- Ralph Waldo Emerson

Success begins with self-honesty. Even though success begins with self-honesty, we don’t like to tell ourselves the truth. We are comfortable lying to ourselves. We don’t like to confront our problems. But if you don’t talk about your problems, how can you fix them?

Truth sits upon the lips of dying men.”

Mattew Arnold

The real truth is difficult to face. If you can face the truth, the truth will set you free. But it can’t set you free if you don’t know the truth.

If you want the truth to set you free, don’t hide your weaknesses. We all have them. If you hide your weaknesses, how can you work on them. You can’t. Whatever it is that you want to change, change it. Don’t deceive yourself. Don’t lie to yourself. Tell yourself the truth- the thing you need to hear. Until you tell yourself the truth, you cannot grow.
