Do you really want to improve your capacity for work? If you want to master your work, you have to improve your capacity for it. It is important. Without it, you can’t master your work. You can’t master yourself. You can’t master your life.

Sometimes you don’t want to improve the capacity for your work because you don’t even like your work. You are just doing it to get by. It is okay to do something to get by. But you can like it if you find the beauty in what you do. No matter how terrible your work is, you can still like it. You can like a terrible work by finding out what you can take away from it. Don’t focus on why you don’t like it. Focus on why you like it. Focus on what the job is doing for you.

Don’t doubt yourself. Believe in yourself. Believe in your power to get things done. Everything starts with self-belief. If you believe you can do something, you can do it. If you believe you can’t do it, you can’t. That is why some people are successful, others not. You can’t succeed if you don’t believe in yourself.

You can succeed if you do what Henry Ford said. He said, “The man who has the capacity for work and thought is the man who is bound to succeed.” No matter how hard your work is, find a way or ways to like it. There is no perfect work out there. You can make your work the best. If you want to enjoy your work, make it the best work in the world. If you do, people will join you.

Don’t complain about your work, make it better!
