There is nothing you cannot achieve in life if you believe you can. In order to that, you should work very hard to have a renewed mind. Progress starts in your mind. If your mind is clean, healthy, there is nothing you cannot achieve. As James Allen once said, “A positive mind will produce positive results. A negative mind will produce negative results.”
You are never too old to accomplish your dreams. You are never too old to set a new goal for yourself. You are never too old to adapt a new positive lifestyle. You are never too old to drop your negative mindset that has been holding you back. You are never too old to start dreaming bigger dreams. You can do it if you want to.
Associate yourself with doers, not talkers. Associate yourself with people who are getting things done, no matter how difficult the process may be. Don’t hang around negative people. If you do, before long, your mind will be a mess.
Life is all about living and dreaming. If you stop dreaming, you will stop creating new things. If you stop renewing your mind, your mind will be flooded with negative things. Make sure you work hard to protect your mind. It is all you have. A weak mind is a weak person. A strong mind is a strong person.
Change starts in the mind. Change means to change the way you think about things. It means changing your thoughts from negative to positive. It means thinking constantly in a positive way. Real change is not going to happen unless you first change your mind.

Change of mind means change of thoughts. If you want to make a big progress in life, it starts with your mindset. It starts with how you see things around you. If you believe things are positive, they will be positive. But if you believe things are negative, they will be negative. WHY? Because your thoughts affect your actions. Your thoughts are the master of your actions. If you don’t change your mind, you cannot move from where you are to where you want to be. You have to change your mind to be able to move to the next level. Without movement, there is no progress. Here are some strategies that will help you change your mind:

Fear is the barrier between success and failure. It prevents people from reaching their goals. People fear everything. Fear cripples people’s ideas. Fear keeps people in a mental prison forever.
What is Fear? Where is fear from? Why do we fear the things we fear? What is the purpose of fear? How can we cure fear? Is it really possible to get rid of fear? If not, how can we live with fear?
According to Zig Ziglar, fear has two meanings: “Forget Everything And Run,” OR “Face Everything And Rise.”
So let’s look at some of things that prevent people from reaching their full potential. As I said earlier, people fear everything, including the following:
People fear failure.
People fear success.
People fear confrontation.
People fear rejection.
People fear commitment.
People fear taking responsibility.
People fear other people (fear of people).
People fear making decisions.
People fear making any changes in life.
People fear embarrassment.
People fear starting their own business.
People fear going to school (they fear learning new things).
Thanks to psychologists. They have fancy names for these fears. They call them “phobia.”
How does fear affect us?
Fear stops people from doing what they are destined to do in life. It prevents them from reaching their goals. It prevents them from major achievements. For example, people would prefer to be absent from a major meeting than to face the crowd. Fear makes people call in sick from work, because they don’t want to meet with the new customer, or they don’t want to take on the new assignment. It makes people feel REALLY sick. Fear prevents people from doing a major corporate or personal presentation. Because they cannot stand the crowd. Fear keeps people in isolation. It prevents them from reaching out to their neighbor. It prevents them from enjoying their lives. The question is, “How can we live with fear?”
It is important for us to understand that “fear is real”. if we want to conquer fear, then we should do the following:
We should understand where the fear is coming from.
We should take action. That is, we should confront fear. We should face fear. Don’t just sit back and expect your fear to disappear-it is not going anywhere.
We should always prepare for new situations.
