Comparing yourself to yourself is the best thing you can do for yourself. Why would you compare yourself to others? Why would you do that to yourself? If you want to enjoy your life, to know yourself, to know what you want, to know why you live, to be happy, you MUST stop comparing your yourself to others. Live your life, and focus on what really matters to you. Because the more you compare yourself to others, the more you move away from your real self. And know this: “If you don’t know yourself, you can’t grow yourself.”

Don’t compare yourself, compose yourself.”

Even when you decide to play comparison games, compare yourself to yourself. That is the only way to move forward in life. People who play comparison games are lost. They don’t know what they want. They are confused. They have no clear goals in life. You can NEVER win by comparing yourself to other people. You win by comparing yourself to yourself. You win by focusing on what really matters to you. You win by focusing on your happiness. That is what happy and successful do. They live there lives, not yours.

The more you compare yourself to other people, the more you lose the fight. Norman Vincent Peale said, “Never compare yourself or your achievements with others, but make your comparison with yourself. Maintain a constant competition with yourself.” Be happy with your life. Be happy with what you have, and pursue what you don’t have. Focus on positive things, and never see yourself as a failure. You are not.

If you want to keep growing in your life, this is not the time to play comparison games. It is the time to focus on what really matters, and you will achieve what really matters to you.

Don’t compare, compose!
