“We are born to love.” But if we don’t take care of our love, what do you think will happen to it? Is it going to survive or die? Is it going to keep growing or keep shrinking?
The point is: “Love is fragile.” If you don’t take care of it, it will break. It will die. It will never grow. It will never create a new life, a new relationship, a new world. But if you take care of your love, your love will take care of you. The more you nurture your love, the more it will continue to grow.
Don’t take love for granted. If you do, you are not going to like the result. Do you want to know or hear the result? I don’t think you want to. According to Leo Buscaglia, “We are born to love, but it will die if not nurtured.” He is right. Because love is life. When we abandon our lives, we stop growing, we stop developing. The same is true for love. If we fail to nurture it, it will not survive.
Love is life. If you want it to stay alive, grow it, nurture it, and protect it from toxic chemicals. It will blossom. Try it!
