Why are you regretting your past failures? Why are you regretting your past mistakes? When are you going to stop regretting your past? When are you going to start focusing on what is important to you and your family?

When? If not today, when?

Regretting the past is a total waste of your golden time. Instead of regretting the past, you should start planning for your next move, your next goal, your next target. Don’t sit back and allow your past mistakes to steal your future away from you. You’ve got to stop hurting yourself.

Now is your time to progress, not to regret. But if you don’t stop regretting, you cannot start progressing. You have to stop regretting so that you can start progressing. You cannot grow if you don’t stop regretting your past failures.

When you’re regretting your past mistakes, you are wasting your time. You are destroying your future. You are poisoning your mind. Remember, you need your mind to create the future you want for yourself. Without a healthy mind, there can be no healthy future. Katherine Mansfield said, “Make it a rule of life never to regret and never to look back. Regret is an appalling waste of energy; you can’t build on it; it’s only good for wallowing in.”

You can look back and learn from what you did wrong in the past, but don’t break your neck while looking back. It can happen if you look too long. We can learn from our past mistakes, but we should not let that affect our future plans. It is bad to live in regret. You cannot build on it. It takes way your energy. It is time to start progressing, not regretting. We can do just that if we can let go of the past.

Are you ready to let go of the past?

Are you ready to move on in your life?
