Fitness is good for our health and well-being. Are you ‘keeping fit’? What are you doing to keep yourself fit? Are you reading, running, jogging, or eating right?
What are you doing?
Whatever you are doing to keep yourself fit, do it well. Remember, the real fitness happens in your mind. Orison Swett Marden said, “Keeping fit means that the mind shall be as clean, pure, and healthy as the body.”
If you really want to be fit, focus on your thoughts. Don’t occupy your mind with negative thoughts. Occupy your mind with positive thoughts. When you think positive thoughts, your body will respond to the thoughts in your mind.
“A healthy mind is a healthy body.”
Your physical fitness is a reflection of what is happening in your mind. Your physical fitness comes from your mind. A healthy mind is a healthy body. A healthy body is a healthy mind. A negative mind is an unhealthy body. An unhealthy body is an unhealthy mind.
If you really want to be fit, keep your mind positive.
