You Are What You Think

If you want to do great things in your life, you must first occupy your mind with great thoughts. You are what you think about all day long.

If you want to be healthy, occupy your mind with healthy thoughts.

If you want to be happy, occupy your mind with happy thoughts.

If you want to be a positive person and live a positive life, occupy your mind with positive things. Stay away from negative things. Don’t hang around negative people. If you do, they will poison your mind. Yes, they will mess up your mind.

If you catch yourself thinking negative thoughts, stop it immediately. Replace negative thoughts with positive thoughts. The more you practice doing that, the better you will feel about yourself.
