Without an intentional focus, no matter how smart you think you are, your goals, and your dreams are not going to survive distractions.

Here are some strategies that will help you focus on your goals:
Protect yourself from distractions. There are lots of distractions around us. If you want to be successful, if you want your dreams to come true, you have to protect your dreams from distractions.
There are internal and external distractions. Internal distractions are your own personal thoughts about your dreams. External distractions are distractions from the society.
Create an uninterrupted time to work on your goals. Check when it is best for you to work on your goals. Some people like to work early in the morning, while others prefer late in the day. Choose the time that works best for you.
Prioritize your work. If you want your goals to come to fruition, you have to do the first things first. Prioritize your work according to their effects on your goals.
Delay instant gratification. Once you sit down to work on your goals, don’t leave until you are done. Ignore everything that is happening around you.
Split your tasks. Split your tasks if they are too hard for you to put together. It reduces stress and burnout. It increases your focus on the task you are working on.
Sign a contract. This contract will act as a reminder that you have an unfinished business you have to complete. Anytime you remember that you have signed a commitment contract, you will be motivated to complete your tasks. It serves as a reminder.
With focus, everything is possible. Without focus, nothing is possible. Focus. Focus. Focus.
