“Follow your bliss and the universe will open doors for you where there were only walls.”- Joseph Campbell
Why are you scared to be who you really are?
One thing is clear:
“What I am is good enough if I would only be it openly.”- Carl Rogers, psychologist
You were created to be you. You were created to be you, to do your OWN things, to follow your bliss, to believe in yourself, not to focus on other people’s dreams, not to follow the crowd, and to set realistic goals and follow through.
Take a minute to think about the above statements.
Were you trying to be someone else? Were you pursuing other people’s dreams? Wow, what a mistake!
The only person you can be is yourself. You cannot be me, and I cannot be you.
In order to know who you really are, listen to your “inner master”. Listen to your “inner voice” for leadership. Listen to your “inner master” without bias. Whatever you hear is the real you. Learn to follow your voice.
When you try to be who you are not, you are wasting your God given time. If you pursue people’s dreams instead of pursuing your own dreams, you will regret it now, or down the road. You will come back later to find your dream, to find your mission, or to find the reason you are here on earth. You will come back to start anew.
Believe in yourself.
“When you are content to be simply yourself and don’t compare or compete, everybody will respect you.”- Lao Tzu, philosopher & writer.
Don’t think that any other human being is better than you. No, they are not. You are unique.
Don’t try to be like someone else, because it is not going to happen, and never will. Enjoy the beauty of life and stop wasting your time playing the “comparison game”.
