Below are some strategies that will help you achieve your dreams:

Evaluate yourself: Before you think of where you are going, it is important to evaluate your strengths and weaknesses. You have to know who you really are. You have to do an honest assessment of yourself. Self assessment will help you figure out what you need to work on. Always maintain your strengths and work on your weaknesses.

Always write your goals down. Writing them down will help you track your progress. Your goals will determine your actions. They will determine how you make your decisions, and what is important to you.

Avoid distractions: In today’s world, we are struggling with so many distractions, such as technological, social media, and political distractions. Associate with people who are pursuing the same goal, and people that want to be leaders, not followers. Associating with the right people will increase your chances of reaching your goal.

Be flexible: Flexibility is important because things are changing. What you are doing now may not be there tomorrow. People are changing. The world is changing. Workplaces are changing. The goals you are pursuing today may no longer be the ones you will be pursuing tomorrow.

These are the two demons that are taking people’s dreams away.
